Joe, feeling uncomfortable with his disability, regains his ability to walk after a leg transplant. He decides to play extreme sports and spends most of his time with more athletic people, forsaking Peter, Quagmire, Cleveland and even his wife Bonnie in the process which, of course, doesn't sit too well with them.
