Brian drives home drunk from the Drunken Clam and hits a dog. Overwhelmed by guilt, Brian confesses to the crime, only to discover that society doesn't care when a dog dies. Meanwhile, Lois hires Consuela the Hispanic maid, but she and Peter soon become irritated by her inappropriate behavior.
